Hello and welcome to my little corner of the brow world! I’m Otilia, born and raised in Stockton, Ca. Before becoming a licensed cosmetologist I spent several years living in various cities only to return to my hometown in 2006. I am proud to have the opportunity to serve the Stockton community.

As a mom of a small child, I know exactly how important it is to feel special, beautiful and pampered in a relaxing ambiance. I’ve designed my studio experience in a way that will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and more confident than you’ve ever felt before.

I’ve been a brow artist for 14+ years and have the fortune of loving not only what I do every day but the clients as well. I specialize in brow shaping - using a gentle soft wax, laminations, tinting, and brow rehabbing. I take pride in keeping up with new innovations in the industry and furthering my education yearly.

While many brow artists offer a great first service and solid maintenance care thereafter, I see my role as your brow artist a bit differently. I work together with all of my clients to create a long-term brow care plan. Whether its brow rehabbing, checking in how you’re feeling about your shape, wanting to add a new service, or wanting more education on styling your brows, there won’t be a time where you feel bored or stuck in a routine. I’ll be there checking in throughout the year to see if any new issues have come up and we will work through them together.

When I’m not in the studio I am spending time with my wife and daughter, catching up on our favorite shows or going on little trips- we love to travel! I also love to spend time in my garden (in the spring you might spot fresh cut flowers in the studio) or visiting a cute local coffee shop.

A safe and comfortable space is always what I am most proud to provide in the studio. Please come as you are, you are welcome.
